Adds new QueryBuilder.Clear() method.

- Added a new QueryBuilder.Clear() method.
- When several foreign keys exist between a pair of database objects, their addition to the query leads to them linking by one particular foreign key, not by all of them at a time. Users can now switch the link foreign key.
- Users now can create links from the UI separately indicating fields to start and finish a new link via the datasource field context menu.
